Getting Started

Claude defaults to its own training unless you explicitly direct it. It doesn’t automatically reach for installed skills — it answers generically first.

The fix is a four-word prefix. Start every prompt with “Use EventPlannerTasksAI to…” and your AI app is directed to invoke your skill library instead of guessing.

Use EventPlannerTasksAI to Write an event proposal

You don’t need to know which of the 200+ tasks to use — EventPlannerTasksAI finds the right framework automatically.

Full explanation, copy-paste examples, and the Projects trick to skip the prefix entirely: “Use EventPlannerTasksAI to…” — The Phrase That Unlocks Everything →

Claude Desktop asks permission every time a tool runs. If that prompt was dismissed even once, your skills are silently blocked for the rest of the conversation — no error, Claude just answers normally.

Fix it permanently in 30 seconds: go to Settings → Connectors → Customize → eventplannertasksai and set all four tools to Always allow. Start a new conversation and it works every time.

ⓘ Cursor, Windsurf, and Cline don’t have this permission system — skip this if you’re on those clients.

EventPlannerTasksAI is a plugin for AI desktop apps (Claude Desktop, OpenClaw, Cursor, and more) that gives you 200+ pre-built, expert-crafted task templates for Event planners, wedding coordinators, and corporate event managers. Instead of figuring out how to prompt an AI, you pick a task, answer its specific questions, and get professional-quality output immediately.
EventPlannerTasksAI works with MCP-capable AI apps including Codex, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Windsurf. The installer writes the local MCP config for the app you choose, then you restart that app so it can load the EventPlannerTasksAI tools.
Start on the Install page. The recommended path is to copy the official GitHub prompt into your AI assistant. If the assistant is blocked from writing local setup files, use the Terminal fallback command on the same page, then restart your AI app and run the health check.
No. Some AI apps run in a security sandbox and cannot edit local MCP config files automatically. This is normal. Go to the blocked-install section, run the Terminal command, approve the browser connection, restart your AI app, and run the health check command shown there.
Usually no. Use the AI-assisted install first, then the Terminal fallback if needed. Manual JSON or TOML setup is a last resort for locked-down computers, and the manual setup section shows the exact shape only if you need it.
Generic AI gives general answers that require expert follow-up to verify and format. EventPlannerTasksAI tasks are pre-engineered to ask the right questions, follow the right methodology, apply domain-specific rules, and produce structured output ready to use. You don't need to know how to write a good prompt — that work is already done.
Yes. After your AI assistant finishes a EventPlannerTasksAI task, ask it to save the result as a Word document or Markdown file. The local MCP runtime creates the file on your computer, usually under ~/Documents/TasksAI/EventPlannerTasksAI/. Word documents support common formatting such as tables, bullets, checklists, links, and quotes. The generated document is not created on our website and is not uploaded to EventPlannerTasksAI servers.
Pricing & Credits
No. EventPlannerTasksAI uses a pay-as-you-go credit model. You buy a credit pack and use credits whenever you need them. Most workflows use 1 credit and can produce a local file you can keep, edit, or share. Credits never expire, so you're never pressured to use them by a deadline.
Yes — sign up for a free account and get 5 credits instantly, no credit card required. Use them on any task across the full library to see the quality before you commit.
Credits are purchased on the Buy Credits page. Choose a pack, enter your email, and complete checkout via Stripe. Your license key is emailed instantly. No subscription — you only pay when you want more credits.
No. Credits never expire. Buy a pack when you need it and use them at your own pace — whether that's daily or once a month.
Yes — EventPlannerTasksAI provides the task templates and structure; you supply the AI. You'll need an account with an AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) or use a free local model via OpenClaw + Ollama. The AI provider charges are separate from EventPlannerTasksAI credits.
Privacy & Security
Yes. EventPlannerTasksAI never receives your documents, queries, client data, or generated output files — our servers only handle skill delivery and credit accounting. Your data goes to your AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) under your own account and their privacy policy, unless you use a fully local model.
Anthropic's ZDR API means your inputs and outputs are never stored at Anthropic either — not even temporarily. For the most sensitive professional work, use EventPlannerTasksAI with OpenClaw + the Anthropic ZDR API for maximum confidentiality.
Yes. With OpenClaw + Ollama you can run a local AI model entirely on your machine. Nothing leaves your device — not your prompts, not your documents, not your output. EventPlannerTasksAI still needs an internet connection to validate your license and deliver tasks, but the AI processing itself is 100% local.
Tasks & Updates
Yes. When we improve a task or update it for regulatory or workflow changes, all users get the updated version automatically at no extra charge. With generic AI, you'd need to notice the change yourself and update your own prompts.
EventPlannerTasksAI includes 200+ expert-built tasks covering the full range of work Event planners, wedding coordinators, and corporate event managers do. Browse the complete list on the Task Library page.
Yes — email us at hello@eventplannertasksai.com with your request. We review all requests and prioritize based on demand. Include a description of the task and how you'd use it.
